Why we love this company: Coro foods has been making old world salami for over twenty years and their downtown deli, Salumi, is a Seatlle landmark. We love that they add flair to their cured meats with unique flavors and spices from around the world.

Occasionally I chop it up into little bits and toss it in with scrambled eggs. Most often though I find myself slicing a few rounds when I walk in the house after work. Super tasty snack!"
