Hot Cakes is one of the coolest businesses we know, we've done holiday markets with them and we fell in love with their amazing molten cakes and sauces, that they make right in Seattle WA. Their stuff is insanely tasty.

With just a few organic ingredients, we make our dark chocolate sauce using old-school techniques in a large copper pot, being hand-stirred through every step of it's life. Organic cocoa powder makes this like a brownie in sauce form, with notes of roasted coffee, nuts, and vanilla.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Throw a sundae-making party! Make a milkshake (we love pb + pretzels + chocolate sauce). Make a fire and sip drinking chocolate or a homemade mocha! Drizzle over our amazing take & bake molten chocolate cakes or keep it simple and make a glass of chocolate milk.
Heat in a pan or microwave for a pourable experience.
