"We make unroasted dark chocolate from scratch, with traceable, high quality, and transparently traded single origin cacao, crafted into something uncommonly delicious.
Cacao beans are the seeds of the cacao fruit, harvested and prepared by producers at origin. Every bean has a flavor profile shaped by the soil and climate it grows in, as well as the care each producer takes in cultivating and processing it. This fruity flavor is often roasted away in favor of that classic chocolatey note. We love this fruit-forward flavor, and we make our chocolate without roasting so you can enjoy it too."

We're proud to partner with our neighbor, the landmark New York Botanical Garden, which supports living collections of more than one million plants inside their 250-acre landscape and conservatory. This bar celebrates the beauty and flavor of the plants that surround and sustain us.
Each bar is wrapped in botanical artwork from NYBG’s historical archives. A percentage of proceeds goes back to NYBG’s work in plant science and conservation, horticulture, and education.

Breakfast Chocolate
This bar reminds us of homemade granola covered in chocolate; it could be breakfast, but it could also be dessert. Cane sugar-free. Cacao from Semuliki Forest in Uganda brings fruity cocoa notes, while gluten-free oat flour creates the cookie bite. We sweeten this bar with maple sugar for a rounded, warm finish. At 58% cacao, this is one of our signature dark milk chocolates; sweet and creamy but still cacao forward and 100% vegan.
