Golden Cream Cheese with Popcorn Blend

Golden Popcorn Blend Spread

Makes enough for 2–4 slices of toast

• 2 oz Neufchâtel cream cheese (about ¼ cup)
• 1–2 tbsp Popcorn Blend
  

Mix until smooth and evenly golden.

Spread generously on toasted bread, then top with:

• ½ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
• Greens, sprouts, cucumber, radish, or other vegetables
• An extra sprinkle of Popcorn Blend
