Smoked Barbeque Dip

Pairs well with: ruffle potato chips, sweet potato chips or fries, cauliflower and other veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 T diced red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 T San Juan Island Sea Salt Barbeque blend
- Bacon bits for garnish or taste
- Green onion for garnish
- San Juan Island Sea Salt Madrona Smoked Pepper for garnish
Mix well, and garnish with bacon bits and green onions. Adjust to taste.
