This all purpose seafood blend delights with just the right balance of spice and tang. Enhances the delicate flavors of fish, shrimp and crab without overpowering.

Tastes Like: Uniquely peppery, fresh garden herbs, lemony zing.

Try it On: Roasted halibut, pan fried shrimp, Westcott Bay oysters

Ingredients: San Juan Island Sea Salt, organic garlic, organic onion, organic paprika, organic mustard, organic sugar, organic rosemary, organic parsley, organic white pepper, organic chili flakes, organic black pepper, citric acid, organic lemon peel.

Refill bag fills jar approximately 2.5 times.

This is a versatile mix that we use daily in many ways. It’s also a reminder of the magical San Juan island

Lovely on shrimp, but also on cucumber salad!

This is now my favorite seafood seasoning. We have used and tried many different sea food seasonings and they are all good in their own way, but San Juan is the best we have tried. Used it on sword fish last night and salmon tonight and it has a distinctive flavor that brings out the flavor!

We bought the Friday Harbor Seafood Blend in Friday Harbor last summer. We used it on all the fish we cooked, and we finished the jar in about 6 months. We wanted to continue to use it so we bought a refill 3 oz envelope. Happy that we did.
