Hello, hello, salt fam!
It’s been awhile, but... we just wrapped up our final harvest of the year! And we wanna give you a peek into our biggest salt-harvesting-season ever, and what we’ve been up to since the spring!

This was our craziest, busiest summer yet. And that’s saying something! Summer and winter are our two peak seasons: winter is when we get to play Santa’s elves, and summer is when we are at peak solar-evaporating power.
This summer, we got to have the most full crew we’ve ever had. Thank you so much to Quincy, Jupiter, Fei, Juniper, Izzy, Lindsay, and Natalie! This hard-working crew kept us stocked up and the energy at the farm buzzing all summer long. We got to repair three salt houses damaged by the wind (the fastest they’ve ever been repaired!) because of the hands on deck. Plus, our champion salt harvesters Ian, Izak and Jupiter filled 730 buckets of salt, with one batch left to go as of today. That's a record setting harvest for us. Incredible!

We also are making a big move to say goodbye to some of our favorite flavors by the end of the year: Teriyaki, Golden Curry, Blueberry Habanero, Brewery Blend, and Gomasio are all 20% off as we give them the send off they deserve!

On the store side of things, this was our third summer in our Nichols St. shop in downtown FH, and we felt so incredibly grateful.
We served 11,000 customers and sold 12,000 cookies, plus got to have our incredible crew of Ian, Maddy, Tyler, Brady, Leah and Stella educate folks on the best uses for our seasonings, our process, and our favorite stuff at the shop. We’re also doing a monthly cookie menu now for our faves and new monthly flavor releases, and you can find that on our Facebook or Instagram (psssst… cinnamon rolls are back on Saturdays for the month of October!).

As we enjoy our fall season (the coziest time of the year before we ramp up for Christmas!), we’ve got our newest salt fam members, Rachel and James, taking on kitchen and shipping duties, and two new seasonings ready to go by the end of the year: wanna guess on which two flavors we're serving up next?

We can’t wait to see y’all this holiday season! Get ready for some great deals and serious sales as we check-in with you guys for the holidays. Don't forget to stay salty!
