A mix of toasted, organic white and black sesame seeds, sea salt and light, flaky seaweed. A wonderful garnish to add visual and textural appeal.

Inspired By: Goma-shio ("sesame salt"), a delicate blending of land and sea found throughout Japan.

Tastes Like: Earthy, nutty, toasty, salty.

Try it On: Steamed brown rice, avocado, stir fried tofu

Ingredients: Organic toasted white sesame seeds, San Juan Island Sea Salt, organic toasted black sesame seeds, kelp, dulse, sea lettuce.
