Luscious organic dark chocolate is melted in with these caramels to create an unforgettable pairing.
While most caramels are made with corn syrup, we decided to make ours with honey, the most interesting sweetener in the world! This honey came from hardworking Pacific Northwest bees and was gathered from the nectar of over 100,000 flowers!
The honey gives the caramels a flavor all their own, and if you are at all like us you will find them more than a little irresistible. Salted with our mineral rich sea salt and cooked by hand, this is a little package of goodness that is sure to make your mouth sing!
Chocolate Salted Honey Ingredients: Organic Sugar, Organic Whipping Cream (organic grade A cream (milk), gellan gum), Local (NW Washington) Honey, Organic Butter (cream (milk), salt, Organic Chocolate (organic chocolate liquor, organic raw cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic cocoa powder), Organic Cocoa Powder, Organic Vanilla, San Juan Island Sea Salt.
Contains: Milk
Net Wt. 4 oz (approx. 20-24 pieces), comes in a plastic bag inside the box.
NOTE: If you prefer a harder caramel, leave these in your fridge. If you prefer a softer caramel simply leave them in a cool, dry dark place like your cupboard. These caramels are made in a facility that also processes peanuts.
Disappointed by candy presentation. Like the most Expensive Tootsie Rolls ever ! Wouldn't have made purchase if the product was shown on website and not just the package box .

They were good but rather disappointing because of their size. The candy looked nothing like what I was expecting. Very small pieces individually wrapped. The paper stuck to the candy. Loved the salt but would not order the candy again
