While most caramel sauces are made with corn syrup, we decided to make ours with honey—its sweet floral goodness singing in every spoonful. This honey comes from hardworking Pacific Northwest bees and our salt is harvested from the mineral rich waters around San Juan Island. A delightful harmony of sweet and savory from the land and from the sea.
TRY IT: Pretzel dipping sauce, chicken and waffles, caramel chai latte.
